- 7 oz fresh Almond Milk (follow our recipe)
- 2 scoops of Matcha- ½ tsp Organic Matcha Second Fresh RISHI- 1 oz water at about 175 degrees F- Ice
- 1/2 tbl spoon of collagen
- 1 tsp of loose leaf jasmine tea
1. Sift matcha tea into a small round ceramic or glass bowl
2. Pour the 2 oz of water into bowl with matcha tea & collagen and whisk until a layer of foam is formed
3. In a shaker add the ice, jasmine tea and almond milk and SHAKE to have the tea infuse the almond milk
4. In the cup with ice pour the almond milk followed by the matcha tea
5. Strain the infused almond milk into a cup and add the matcha.
