Cebolla en Escabeche

2 Red Onions

1 Lime

2 Lemons

2 Habanero

3 tsp Oregano

Salt to taste slowly



Chop onions julienne style and put in bowl

Thinly slice habanero and add to onions

Squeeze lime and lemon into bowl of onions and add oregano and salt to taste

Let sit for about 3 hours but the longer it sits, the better!



*Lasts about 1 week in the fridge
