REFUND POLICY
The Functional Company LLC will accept returns only for damaged goods that are unopened. Due to food supplement regulations worldwide we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy of our product. Any customer who is concerned their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via our contact us page to discuss the refund process.
For ‘change of mind’ we do not accept returns/issue refunds. If for some reason your product is damaged in postal transit, and you have photo evidence of the damage along with a complete pack of unopened collagen package, please email us at info@functionalco.com and we will begin email communication with you to reach a resolution. We do not have a ‘money back guarantee’ policy. If you did not achieve the desired physical/aesthetic outcome from our products, then we will not issue refunds as we acknowledge everyone's body is different.
