Collagen Pesto Guac

Ingredients:

1 large hass avocado

1/2 tbs of cilantro pesto

1/2 tsp Umeboshi vinegar

1/2 tbs collagen

 

Method:

1. Whip all ingredients with a wire hand mixer
2. Serve on toast or enjoy by the spoonful
