Chicken Bone Broth


1 whole medium size chicken plus neck

2 carrots rough chopped at about 1/2 each

1/2 white onion

2 cloves of garlic

2 celery sticks

1 tbs fresh sliced ginger

1/2 sprig chopped fresh Rosemary

3 sprigs stemmed and chopped fresh Thyme

4 - 5 tbsp Jacobsen Pure Flake Sea Salt

2 tbs organic apple cider vinegar

Water Fill to max line of instapot



  1. Satay carrots for 3 min. on high heat
  2. Then add celery and onions, satay until slightly brown
  3. When vegetables are browned incorporate the herbs to the pan
  4. Put chicken into instapot then add water
  5. Add 2 tbs of organic apple cider vinegar, De Nigris
  6. Add ginger, garlic and salt
  7. Close instapot and slow cook for 8-10 hours
  8. Serve with lime or lemon
    1. You can always make this bone broth your own by adding your own spices and herbs.
