Rose Matcha Chia Pudding + Collagen

Rose Matcha Chia Pudding + Collagen   Serves: 2

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup (8oz.) of Almond milk (or any other nut-milk)
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of powdered Grass-Fed Collagen

 Method of Prep

  1. Dissolve the Collagen in 2oz of warm liquid. 
  2. In a mason jar combine the collagen, almond milk, chia seeds, close the lid and shake. Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes to make gel.
  3. Combine seasonal Berries of your liking with chia pudding gel.
  4. Enjoy!

Oh, P.S. You can also multiply the portions by the number of servings you want. In case you want to have reserves for several days. I recommend to keep at a max of 3 days if your almond milk is homemade.
