Rose Matcha Chia Pudding + Collagen Serves: 2
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup (8oz.) of Almond milk (or any other nut-milk)
- 2-3 Tablespoons of powdered Grass-Fed Collagen
Method of Prep
- Dissolve the Collagen in 2oz of warm liquid.
- In a mason jar combine the collagen, almond milk, chia seeds, close the lid and shake. Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes to make gel.
- Combine seasonal Berries of your liking with chia pudding gel.
- Enjoy!
Oh, P.S. You can also multiply the portions by the number of servings you want. In case you want to have reserves for several days. I recommend to keep at a max of 3 days if your almond milk is homemade.
